Gelatide Refund Policy: 60 Days, Tracked Return, Buyer Pays Postage
Orders placed through gelatidefit.com carry a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Call +1 (202) 604-0611 with your order ID to start a claim, return the bottles with tracking to the address below, and include your full name, order email and order ID. Buyer pays return postage.

What this Gelatide policy covers
This policy applies to Gelatide purchased through gelatidefit.com, operated by Gelatidefit, a u.s. stocking partner for gelatide. It does not apply to Gelatide bought from another stocking desk, from a marketplace reseller, or from any seller other than this one. Those sellers have their own terms and this desk cannot act on a purchase it did not handle.
The window
Sixty days, running from the date of purchase rather than the date of delivery. If the seller’s own page prints a longer window at the time you buy, the longer window applies and this desk will honour it.
What is refunded
The purchase price of the product. Outbound shipping, where it was charged, is refunded with the order. Return postage is not: that is paid by you.
